Technical Delegate Course – Canmore

Biathlon Canada is organizing a Technical Delegate officials course in November 2026.
The course will run on November 21 and 22 at the Canmore Nordic Centre. The course fee will be $100.
This is the application form for the course. Biathlon Canada will select individuals to attend the course from the applicants who meet the criteria. All applicants will be contacted to confirm whether they have been selected for the course.
In order to take the TD course, you must meet the following criteria:
– must be certified at the Leader level;
– must be a registered participant with Biathlon Canada for the 2026-2027 season;
– must have experience as Lead or Deputy Lead or similar responsibility in more than one role on a Competition Committee in the past 5 years. This can be at a club, regional, divisional or national level competition;
– must have been involved in the organization of a biathlon event in the past 5 years;
– must intend on serving as a TD at the club, regional or divisional level
– must intend on officiating at biathlon events at least once per year, whether as a TD or in another role
